Human growth hormone(hgh) is what helps the body build muscle and help u get taller from what i know. They say vitamin b, niacin, l-arginine, l-lysine , l-glutamine , l-ornithine, glycine releases growth hormones. I say that to say this...i am almost 17 and i want to grow taller really bad. How safe is it to buy and use the amino acids L-arginine, L-lysine , L-glutamine , L-ornithine in supplement form?? Someone PLEASE tell me how safe this is especially if u have tried it. From reading stuff about it on the net it seems pretty harmless for the most part because they are amino acids, which are something that ur body needs to function properly and these are amino acids that the body cant produce(i think they are called essential amino acids) so it has to be taken in from foods or supplements. I looked them up on the net but i still cant get enough info on them as far as side effects go. So please if u have even a few minutes to spare do some research for me on those amino acids especially L-lysine and L-glutamine. I used to take Amino Acid supplements and lots of other stuff like creatine,Glutamine,whey protein powders, all kinds of fat bunners and energy pills. But anyway amino acids come from food u probbly get enuff amino acids in the food u eat but they will help u in weight lifting and yes there safe i took them for years.
