hi, ok this is my problem i do have abs but i just got fat covering them up and you cant see them, i do sit ups every night, not alot though. What can i do so i can see my abs and get a six pack, and fast??

you need to lose the weight that's covering your abs, obviously. Even a thin line of fat will cover the most toned abs in the world, so all the sit ups in the world won't help you i'm afraid!

I'd say doubel your ab toning workout, it will burn the fat faster, and you will be showig in no time =p

the people who ahve the best abs had fat covering at one point cause your body uses it as fuel and the muscle grown much bigger, i do 100-150 situps every other day, and still dont have the ideal abs, but thats cause im quite skinny and have nothing to burn, the thing about exersize is, do lots and have a day of so the muscle builds back up, you dont buil muscle whilst you work, but im sure you knew this, do as many sit ups that you can humanly manage ever other day, and develope a routine, you will soon see a change

you need to start running. Only way to loose fat. If you do running on top of ab workout, they will show.

quick off topic question. how does a skinny person with no fat on his stomach show off abs?

well your abs do not really increase in mass as much as other muscles, but you can tone them, and once they are toned and there is no fat over the stomach, the muscles will show and stick out.
