Eh..I stay up till 4 just about every night,school or not..sometimes later.Just a habbit now..But sometimes I just dont go to sleep..Depends on whats going on around me.

hey i know how u feel becuz latley ive been up till about 7am eveymorning then finally when i do go to sleep around 9am i wake up at 5pm around then..and i try to lay down before hand but nuthin works its just that im so wide awake and i dont know what to do..i mean i can stay up till hours on the computer or on the phone and i havent been geten on the sleep schedule i should be on!

On solution would be to sleep during the same hours, but move to China. Another solution would be to get a third shift job. An easier solution would be to force yourself to get up at a reasonable hour every day. Use an alarm clock, and get out of bed when it goes off. In a week or so, your new schedule will feel normal. To get to sleep, you can try relaxation techniques, such as concentrating on your breathing.
