Hi, I am 15 years old and i weigh 214 lbs. I am naturally "large" structured, i have a big frame if you know what i mean.
I have been wanting to lose weight for a long time now but ive never realy had the will power to do it. I am now confident that i can do it. I have cut down on eating crap like crisps (or chips in america), shocolate etc. Not cut out, just cut down, i have one every now n then. I am going to join a gym and try to start going probably 3 times a week and on the days i dont go, i will go on a bike ride. What is the best thing to do at the gym? Like, treadmill or what? also can i do weights at the same time because i would also like to tone my muscles?
