I'm trying to lose weight, running/walking is a good way to go about it right? If i were going to do it everyday, what would be a good routine. Like walk 10 minutes, run for 10, then walk for another 10? Or what?
If you can handle it, I wouldn't walk.
About two minutes after you stop running (someone correct my if it isn't two minutes) you lose your aerobic state, and the fat burning drops, a lot.
I also don't reccommend running, then walking for two minutes, and then running again. Because, especcially if you aren't used to running, it can be very hard psychologically to begin running again.
