Long Problem with Bowel Movement

local doctor and he suggests me to go on laxiative to clean out my bowelsIf that's all he told you, he didn't give you the best possible advice. Did he really mean for you to take laxatives all the time? I'd expect a better explanation of what's going on.To keep things moving, you need to:-- drink enough (at least close to half a gallon or 2 liters of water a day...more if you sweat a lot), get enough fiber-- get enough fiber in your diet (whole grain bread, vegetables, fruit; or supplements like Benefiber (which doesn't make you gassy and can be mixed in with drinks or soft foods) or Metamucil-- get some exercise, like walking or runningIt's good that you swim...hopefully vigorously. If you do all of that and still are constipated, you should see a specialist (a gastroenterlogist). It's of some concern that you apparently had no problem moving your bowels 6 months ago, and then suddenly started having problems. It's possible that something may have developed in the intestine to block the passage of stool. How old are you?

ok. i hav biscally did that. excerised more. more fluid. more fibre. but i just can't still hav a bowel movement. and my stomach would really be bloated.

You seriously need a consultation with a gastroenterologist. If you're young and otherwise healthy, it's not normal to have such difficulty with bowel regularity. If there's something constricting the flow of stool through your bowel, for instance, that's something you need to deal with rather quickly.
