Hey guys. I can't seem to get rid of this stupid shadow on my upper lip (looks like a barely visible mustache). It looks like I haven't shaved there, though I have, and I can't get rid of it. It is noticable from a distance, and it is getting annoying (I hate facial hair). Anything I can do to rid myself of it?

Help with shaving

Some sort of shadow is pretty inevitable if you have dark hair. You could bleach it, but the effect would probably only last a day.

Really? That really is not what I wanted to hear. It just annoys me because in school pics there is a faint line visible, and I hate it. Are you sure nothing can be done?

You might want to experiment with electric razors and different brands of non-electric ones. If you're going have a picture taken, shave just before. For a special occasion, you can see a barber for a straight-razor shave. If you don't mind the discomfort and cost, you can have your facial hair permanently removed through electrolysis or laser hair removal, to permanently get rid of the hair. Otherwise, learn to live with it. I'm sure some people would consider it a fine male trait.
