2 20lb ones, what can i do with them? i want to be able to kick someones ass, besides by just slamming the weight into their forehead and giving them a concussion.anyways ive been doing curls and i dont see any improvement, it burns but i never notice my arms getting bigger or anything

dead lifting and squats make good legs not good arms. you should do more weight each set and lift 2-3 times a week 45-60min each work out do sets like this 1st warm up then set of 20 , 15,10,5 and go up inweight like 5lbs per set

one of my favorite lifts is power cleans. when you are doing power cleans, your legs do most of the work if you do it right but just about every muscle in your body has to work to make the lift sucessful.

How Tall, heavy, old are you?20IBS is about 9KGS. I've bee doing Curls primarily for 3 months and i do 18.2KGs, i am noticing an improvement. Personally i look to increase the weight i curl by 2KGs a month. There looking respectable!1st week: 3 sets of 8, 1 set of 62nd-3rd week: 3 sets of 10, 1 set of 84th week: 3 sets of 12, 1 set of 10.Then increase by 2KGs, you need to keep upping the weight to see a marked improvement.You may be able to increase by more a month or may take longer to increase, the idea is to have a strategy and work on it!
