I go to sleep at night at like 10 - 11 pm ... then randomly for the past two weeks about - Ive been waking up at like 4 or 5 but I dont get up until seven... I have no idea what could be causing this... please help

Stress can cause sleep problems like this, or depression sometimes - are you stressed or worried about anything?

Do you fall back asleep? Cuz if you do, it may be nothing. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night for no reason, kinda go "wtf?" and go back to sleep. If you can't go back to sleep after you wake up, it's probably stress as mentioned above.

depends on the night - sometimes I wake up and just lay there for a while - other nights I wake up and doze on and off - and sometimes I wake up and go back to sleep

I go through this sort of situation quite a bit during the year. There is nothing major happening, but I can go to sleep from 11-2am and I will wake up by 8.30.
It passses with me, so hopefully it's the same with you. -
i cant exactly answer your question but why not try to 'use the difficulty'; waking up after having quite a few hours of sleep apparntly can help in lucid dreaming, or just remembering dreams in general. for more info, search up 'lucid dreaming' on google...
