Okay so I know this is alot to do with genetics (your predisposed to get what your father and grandfather has) as well what you eat.
Does anyone know of a good way to get rid of man boobs while working out? I used to goto the gym quite a bit before these last two years of school; they have left me with little time or energy to goto the gym. I was always big on weights, what with being naturally muscular and large broad shoulders.
I would use butterfly press machines and anything to work my pec's and delts out. I used to use free weights around the house as a kid and noticed now that my man-boobs aren't the same, one is somewhat smaller then the other but no matter how hard I try with free weights or machines I cannot seem to get rid of them and it causes me no end of embarassment... it gives me lower self esteem just by having them.
any idea's, help, suggestions?
