Hi people new to the board. i'm 23 uncircumsize and i cought yeast infection long time ago from my gf. so i went to the docter and told him about it and gave me creme for it after that itchy and dryness went away quickly and never used the creme again. now that i am doing the stretching technique, pulling back the foreskin whenever i shower, do it when i pee, or whenever i am bored and also i just started doing the jelqing method (don't know if i'm doing it right). so today i showered and looked at my penis theres tiny red dots on the glans and on the skin. no dryness (not that i notice) no itching NOTHING!. is there something wrong with my penis that i should be worrying about?. i shower twice a day and its very cold here so i take hot hot showers, don't know if that could be the cause of the red dots from hot water making it dry? i don't know. please help me!.

Experts? There are no experts. My guess would be the start of a yeast infection. Actually I would think the yeast infection would be "wet" as opposed to "dry" IDK.. Try the creme again...

It's very difficult to determine exactly what they are without actually seeing them. When spots, lumps or rashes appear on the penis one of the first concerns many men have is whether they have a sexually transmitted disease. In most cases most spots are both common and harmless. It is the size, shape and color of the spot that helps to determine whether there is something to be concerned about.
Tiny nodules beneath the skin which appear over the scrotum and the base of the shaft of the penis are normal hair follicles. Every man has these.
Small pearly spots around the crown of the glans. This affect about 10% of all men around the ages of 20-40. These 'pearly penile papules' if diagnosed, are not infectious and require no treatment. These really isn't a way to remove them either.
Small red or purple spots on the penis can appear on the glan of the penis, the shaft or the scrotum and usually affect younger men. These as known as Fordyce spots and they may appear in one's or two's but they frequently occur in patches of up to 100. These spots come about as a result of dilated blood vessels. They can look a little unsightly and are not painful but they are completely harmless. No easy way is known of removing this type of spotIf you ARE concerned then I suggest seeking medical attention.

i would think its just popped little blood vessels. i remember doing the jelqing method pretty hard. i going to give it 2 weeks and see how it looks.

i just started doing the jelqing method (don't know if i'm doing it right). If you're not sure you're doing it right then you shouldn't be doing it.

I think you're right, krs. One of the dangers of jelqing is burst blood vessels, especially if done hard.
