Well, I'm no expert and you may have to ask Helms for some advice on this issue as I'm still what one would consider a rookie in the world of "body building". But it seems as though your workouts may be nothing but cardio. Here's a website that I go to. Testosterone Nation No, I'm not a guy (I'm a T-Vixen ). And no, I don't take hormones (yucky stuff). But if you'll visit there and scroll down the page and look for the FORUMS box and click the link that says "BEGINNERS" you'll find tons of information for beginning strength trainers who are trying to gain mass and weight. Good luck!

well kinna funny how the only cardio ill do is at the end of my workouts ill run 2 miles on a treadmill, other then that i mainly concentrate on like freewieghts and benchpresses, curl bars, and dumbells and stuff. but hey thanks for the advice!

Working out every day can have an adverse response on your body, you need a day or so to let your body recover otherwise your not giving your muscles time to grow.Especially with your diet your not giving your body a chance to grow.Mon/Wed/Fri, do one session, but make it intense. If you to Gym Tuesday/Thursday dont push soo hard especially your upper body if your working it out especially hard.Just try adding a few pounds to your weight anyhow, the heavier things get the harder you need to push.

ok so basicaly i just need to take like a day break between workouts? tight. but one more thing though, if doing cardio will kill my gains, how do i maintain that 4 pac, i got one, but barely and to me (im no expert) doing that cardio at the end of my workouts help me maintain it. so how do i keep the pacs without cardio. does it just come down to how i eat?-thanks for all the advice and help yall

Up the cardio after a while, but for now you should stick with less cardio and primarily focus on the lifting.
