Not sure if this is where this goes, but.. what are some good ways of dealing with anger? I'm just wondering because I'm nursing some purple, swollen knuckles while trying to figure out what to do about this dent in the wall. I figured this probably wasn't a great way to vent my anger, lol.. so what are some good ways of venting, etc?

OKay here is some advice for you. I would either start doing something very physical or do something that just wears you out, but does not stress you out. That way you have no way of being angry.
a boxing bag thinggy maybe..
i dk i can see me trying to hit a boxing bag thing and it hiting me back and me hiting it harder and it hitting me harder and it beating me up
Anyways ona real note. To the Original Poster, Walken make some good points. Do something that wears your body down, like jogging. You can also (If money permits) start taking a martial arts class. It'll give you a way to release the frustration as well as learn self control.
