You need to tone your abs for what you're asking, and also, you may need to eat a healthier diet. Tell me what a typical day might consist of for physical activity and diet in your case.
-
other then today it is normaly Volleyball Practice after school and as for food wise it is a Turkey, Lettus,Cheese,Salt and Peper,With Mustard, On either Rye or White and then dinner!(lunch and dinner) and i do sit ups in the morning and at night(befor bed)

Try to eat a little for breakfast. It will help your body's metabolism. You may not feel like eating in the morning, I almost feel sick to eat anything, but I at least grab a piece of fruit or some toast or something before I head out the door. You might want to try eating a little more in general, not junk, but healthy foods. Maybe eat a little more for carbs early in the day since it sounds like you get hardly anything and this can make you lazy and slow your metabolism. Other than that it sounds pretty good. How intense are your volleyball practices? You may want to try to get some more cardio intense workouts a couple times a week, but other than that you seem to be doing good.
-
Volleyball practises are not mine i help the Varsity girls and Junior Girls practice eg Showing them drills or hittin and wut could i eat that has more carbs?
-
For carbs, you need to eat more of just that, carbohydrates (one of the food groups). In the morning and at lunch, bread and cereal are probably the most common carbs. You don't want much for carbs later in the day (past early afternoon) if you're trying to lose weight. Just be sure not to skimp out on lunch and breakfast.I assumed that the volleyball practices were yours. Are you good at volleyball? If so then you should try joining the volleyball team if that's an option. Any other school sports that you're interested in because you could join one of them.
-
Ok I get the whole eating better but how would i go about gaining muscle (ab,arms, chest, legsETC) And yes im a good volleyball player and i would try out 4 a team but our school dosen't have a JV boys team that a person in grade 10 can sign up and i tryed out 4 Varsity but it got canned and as 4 other sports they are not offed at my school to guys Eg Handball.and i suck at Basketball and football(could be a DB or punnter aparently) (ps lost more weight now 177)

The best way to put on muscle is to weightlift. It's unfortunate that you don't have access to a gym because that's just what you need. You could do weightlifting with weights at home if you had them, but if you don't then that's obviously out of the question. Putting on muscle and losing weight don't really go together though, keep that in mind.Any other teams that you could join? Cross country, track, swimming, etc? (my favourites) Are you sure that you don't have access to a gym or some other place with weights.
-
Since you don't have access to a gym, you could also look into body weight conditioning (IE pushups, squats etc). You won't notice the gains as quickly as with weights, but it'll help you slim down too. At least, that's what I've been doing.
-
speaking of body weight conditioning, has any one ever herd to matt furey?? hes all about that, hes worth a look see!
-
I looked him up and he really seems to be against weight training. His training is for strength and endurance, but not for heavy lifts. He says that weightlifters couldn't do his exercises any better than another beginner because they haven't trained to do endurance + strength exercises.
-
huh who do i do this body weight training thingy
-
Try looking up Matt Furey and you'll find out about what Requiem was mentioning. There's a lot of information about it on the internet - more than what I could explain right here. It's basically about using your own body weight for strength/endurance training (use of strength over a period of time, such as in wrestling, martial arts, boxing, or any other kind of exercise that requires strength while wearing you down).
