Ok now I am 16 years old and I think if I dont get into better shape now, it will be harder later on in life, so what is the best way for me to turn fat into muscle?I dont wanna lose weight but I want to get muscles.

A combination of lifting weights and cardiovascular excersising would give you the results you want. I'd suggest joining a local gym and booking a session with a personal trainer. The trainer will tell you everything that you need to know, and you'll be ready to start working out.

Fat doesn't literally turn into muscle. You lose fat by consuming fewer calories, and you gain muscle by exercising. Exercising will also normally speed up your metabolism.

So do you kno where I could find a free or cheap excercizing plan, becasue gyms here are very expensive.

Well, that's something that you'll have to consult a personal trainer about. When I had my session with the trainer, he told me what muscles to work out on certain days, when I should do cardio exercises, days where I should just rest, and what I should eat. I'd REALLY recommend getting with a personal trainer, but you can do it without one.If you can't afford a persoanl trainer, then I'd suggest buying "Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" IT explains IN DETAIL how to diet, and workout. Read most of the book, and get a detailed understanding of what has to happen and what goes on in your body when you workout and stuff.I'd suggest tweaking the workout plans a little bit though. Since you're working to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, I'd recommend using low weight and doing high reps for a more well-defined look.Ask more questions if you need to .

Do you find swimming or running harder than you would've before you made your hugh muscle gains? You're such a big guy, I'd think that you'd burn a lot of energy running distance. As far as swimming goes, I really have no idea and I'm just wondering.

Aww, that's too bad. It would be nice to be able to train for muscle mass and run, but that's about what I expected. I'm guessing that it would probably be tough for me to keep more than 170-180 lbs (I'm 158 currently) while I continue to do triathlon and running.
