Right, i've always been told i'm 'small eater' well by my mom really, though it's completely opposite thoughts from my friends, but i would rather take my mothers opinion on my eating. Seeing that she sees me almost everday.
I've always been slim. I went a bit chubby when i stayed in America for a few weeks (lol im not being anti-american). It's the food... it was great. Anyway, i lost the chubbyness through time, and went back to normal. Now i think i might have some sort of eating disorder or something!? I don't think it's really bad though.
I haven't had the urge to eat much for the past few weeks, and alot of food seems so off putting, and my weight has went on a low, just by looking at me you can tell. I feel so bad about myself. It's not like i'm really skinny, but when i was lying down yesterday my lower ribs looked to be showing a bit, and i just felt so terrible! I suppose it's not much right now, but i want to end it asap. The easy answer is EAT! lol, but what?
I want to put weight on so i can really start getting good results doing lifting, more superficial maybe, but it's all good for you're body equally.
Any advice on a fat filling diet? Where would i find products containing alot of protien?
I'm 17, stay away from junk, almost all processed foods. I eat pasta, fish, red meat, chicken, drink loads of water, fruit, not much veg, but some. Sounds healthy, but i'm worried.
Would really like the help.
