I know that different things can influence the color and texture of semen. But, I can't figure one thing out. If I masturbate daily, or at least once every two to three days, my semen is the off white color. But, if I go without masturbating for a week or so (occasionally I'll go quite a while without masturbating), it usually has a yellow tint to it.I know that a yellow tint generally means a bit of urine is getting mixed in (in some cases), but I can't really figure out why it depends on how regularly I masturbate.

I don't know if it's true, but I've heard suggestions the sperm gives it a yellow tint, which would be consistent with your observations, since the sperm count would be higher after a week's absinence.

It also depends on how "fresh" the semen is.

I know that a yellow tint generally means a bit of urine is getting mixed in (in some cases) You know this is true? Where did you hear this? Urine and semen don't "mix" when you ejaculate and even if it did, the concentration of urine would not be sufficient to change the overall color of the semen.

In some cases, yellow semen is caused by urine getting mixed with the semen. I don't know how, but I read a health article or two talking about what the color of your semen means

Ah, interesting question... Not many people will be able to answer this. This can be any number of things, without more symptoms it will be difficult for me to narrow it down, but hopefully this helps: - your semen (which you ejaculate) is a combination of two things. Seminal fluid... (clear/white liquid), and sperm (the little guys that swim around... These guys are actually yellow.) .. Some men encouter times when they have yellow clumps in their semen.. (after not ejaculating for a while).. This is the little spermies. It can have a gel-like texture. If you're having a yellow pigmentation to your whole ejaculant. This is usually caused by excess riboflavin in your body... (aka vitamin b2). If you are experiencing both yellow semen and painful ejaculation then you likely have chlamydia. This will cause inflammation of your urinary pipe and from the tube connecting your testicles to your prostate gland---in some men resulting in yellow semen. (apparently gonorrhea can cause this too, but I have never read the medical journals to back this claim up.) hope this helps, Janitor

Don't scare him in making him think he had an STD... A lot of guys normally just shoot white and cream (Yellowish) colored cum....
