should lubrication be used every time sex takes place? (i hear it heightens pleasure) i know lubrication should be used around the vaginal area. how about inside the vagina? should lubrication be used outside the condom the guy is using? even if the condom is lubricated? but lubricated condoms would be the inside of the condom, not the outside... and especially for the first time sex between two virgins, how should lubrication be used to help get the penis inside the vagina?

Lubrication Usage

Lube is always on the outside of the condom. It get into the vagina too, but is usually applied to the opening. You can use lube if needed. ie if you are already very wet then it is usually not needed. It should help though with beginners.

The first time can be very uncomfortable, and a little lubrication can make it much easier. Besides that, it's not always needed or useful (only needed when you're dry). You can apply it to the opening of the vagina or the condom.

Be careful with lubes and condoms....oil based lubes will cause condom failure! SO, if you're going to use lube then make sure it is water based and won't cause it to break down the condom. Best way to ensure success for the two of you is to just do lots of foreplay and such before trying.
