iv had the same sexual partner for the last year and never cheated and i believe she has never cheated on me, we both had the major std tests done and we have unprotected sex, recently i found i have a rednes on my penis head and just under the lip of the head to start with i figured this was herpes but didnt know from where and worried about cheating, but i see the symptoms dont match so much, i dont get the pimple before an ulcer, anyway this redness doesnt burn when i pee n it only itches sometimes, it almost completely went away n then came back, i find that it isnt so bad if i keep it dry and wrap the head with tissue n wash regulary, if i dont keep the area dry the itch apears and i get a whitish residue on the head and a musty smell (not discharge), looking to pictures it seems to resemble candida, am i explaining the symptoms of candida and how to treat?
It sounds like it could well be candida. Anyone can get it and it doesn't mean anyone has been unfaithful. You can get stuff for it from a pharmacy - if you're embarrassed, anything for a fungal infection can be used. Your gf should treat herself at the same time, even if she has no symptoms.Keep using the stuff for two weeks after it all seems to be cleared up.
Wow! I was about to make a post about Candida because I just took a test and I scored high for Candida and I also did the water and spit test and it was also positive for high yeast. I was diagnosed about 4 years ago with IBS. Along with IBS I also get the "mind cloud" form time ot time and sometimes stamble for words and not to mention my on and off high anxiety, which can be all signs of Candida.
Hopefully I won't get into trouble for posting these links, but I found these sites just yesterday and it was very helpful.
This first link is kind of a testimonial about a husband and wife who both had CAndida and everything they went through: http://www.candidafree.net/pages/1/index.htm
This Second link is to the website where they got the product that helped them : http://www.ghtdiscountclub.com/products/threelac/index.html
I plan on getting both the threelac and the oxygen product the guy talked about. With the money I spend a month for my IBS and Anxiety meds, this would actually be cheaper if it worked.
I hope the info helps.
