ive seen quite a few posts about people with social anxiety issues, me being one of them, so i just thought id add a little ray of hope. on my quest to find myself some help i came across this website:


it talks about why you may have social anxiety and how to change your way fo thinking by means of cognative behavioural theropy which i have found very useful so far.
