So I've downloaded some music from Rhapsody, and I'm trying to burn it onto a CD. However, the songs are protected, so it won't let me. Is there a way to un-protect them? I'm using Windows Media V. 10, and the songs are .WMA, if that makes a difference.

You can convert them using Nero I remember my friend doing it. I fucking hate people who copy protect music. I know in the old WMP you used to be able to burn copy protected songs to cd but not listen to them on your pc, because thats how I would uncopy protect stuff, burn to cd then rip back onto the pc. There is software you can get that will unprotect it but u have to pay for it unless you did bad illegal things like crack it or get a serial keygen but who would do that right Your best bet is to send the person who had the files abuse for sharing them and download the CD again.
