I'm 16, 17 soon, and I'm uncircumcised, generally when washing my genitals I just scrub the outside skin etc. However if I ever notice it starting to smell I usually retract the foreskin and gently pour soaped water over the glans and gently scrape smega build up from behind the glans off with my nails. However this time after I had finished the usual cleaning routine the foreskin no longer fully covered the head of my penis. Usually my penis is completely covered in skin and there is a small amount of excess skin that protrudes from the end, now however my foreskin only half covers my head and the rest pokes out of the end. This is problematic as my head is very sensitive. Normally after bathing my glans I try to roll the skin back up in a masturbatory fashion but whenever I try that the skin just slides back, I've also tried gently pulling the top of the foreskin yet the same thing happens. Is there any specific technique to get my foreskin to cover my head entirely again? Now onto my second question, my glans is extremely sensitive, so much that I can't touch it without cringing. It's not painful, but whenever the skin comes into contact with anything over than water I get a sharp weird feeling. Is this normal in uncircumcised people? I assume circumcised guys don't have the same problem.

Foreskin doesn't cover my head & head sensitivity

Sorry if double posting is disallowed, just wanted to add that I sorted out the first problem, the tip of my foreskin had become 'stuck' behind my glans and i was just simply rolling the rest over the top. Some hot water and strategic stretching sorted it out. My second questions still stands though.

In regards to the pains in your glans, I believe it is fairly common for uncircumsized guys to have a more sensitive head. But, I also believe it's something you can fix slowly by handling it more and more, perhaps putting more pressure on it if and when you masturbate over time to help it become less sensitive.
I am circumsized (unfortunately), and have never really had problems with too much sensitivity. The skin is loose enough near the head that I can still pull the skin over the head pretty much when erect, although I am circumsized.
It's good that you got your foreskin to go back as it was, and I hope everything works out for you as far as sensitivity goes.

Your "cleaning routine" sucks. You need to be washing the inner forskin and glans every day. There is no need to be scraping (at least it shouldn't get to that point) becasue a daily rubdown with water will keep it clean.

Cleaning daily will sort out the stegma build up and the sensativity issue. I used to get alot of stegma but it was because I wasnt cleaning well enough because it was so sensative. The best way if to pull the forskin right back get the head wet. Next soap up your hands and just rub the head up and down (squeaze fairly hard) until its clean as well also get under the head with 1 finger then rinse off and when you get dried dry under your penis head with the towel. The towel may hurt a bit cus it will probrably be a bit rough on your sensativbe penis but all this will help desensatising it and keeping it clean. Mine is still pretty sensative but its getting better. Also try masturbating a few times lubing up the head and rubbing it, it will be a bit painful but pleasurable at the same time and if done enough will help desensatise it more.
