All i have available is two dumbells, and my body! What would you say are the most effective shoulder, and glute exercises? I can't find many glute exercises that don't need some sort gym facility.

For the glutes you can do squats and lunges with dumbells. For shoulders you can do front, lateral, and rear lateral raises. Shoulder press and upright row are also good with dumbells.
What is the glute? Is it like you're hip area. Like below you're abs and into you're lower body?
"Glute" = gluteus maximus = your posterior = your rear endThey're your biggest muscles.
So can I do cardiovascular exercises to trim down my glutes and thighs... if so any specific ones? damn +200Lb. leg presses just make my thighs bigger( muscular wise though )
