Okay basically, this is my first time talking about this becuase I've never had anywhere to ask for help. I'm 16 and uncircumcised (I live in England.. so yeah).MY problem is that my fore skin doesn't retract and seems too long. The tip of my penis is about 3/4 of a cm of foreskin, I don't think that's normal? I've drawn a diagram to help.. seems weird I know but I really want someone to understand it. Basically that is what my penis looks like, even down to the fact the end of the foreskin is off placed and pointing towards the right. My 'pee hole' (dont know any other word) is actually central on my penis, but the pee has to find its way out the foreskin because it isnt central to where the pee hole is. Basically this can result in some strange looking pissing and when I piss you can see where the urine is going straight forward and creating a small lump (which if you press will just spray pee everywhere). This problem might not be so bad if my foreskin retracts, but it doesn't. It honestly looks like my penis is getting strangled when I try it, because my penis diameter would never fit through the size my foreskin stretches to. The best you'll get is actually seeing the top of my penis thats underneath the foreskin, but you have to hold it there JUST to see that. My foreskin doesn't pull over the head of my penis full stop. What the hell should I do? I was with one girl who didn't seem bothered, but she only tossed me off a few times (yeah I can't think of a proper term for that). I wouldn't let her give me a blow job because I'd hate her being that close it and seeing how disgusting it was. Oh and the fact when I ejaculate the semen cannot 'burst' out like a normal ejaculation. Instead the semen can only dribble out without any force whatsoever. Seriously, it knocks my confidence completely. If I can get this sorted I'd honestly be a different person. I'm unconfident a lot and I'm pretty sure it can all be traced back to this. I'd love to be confident with my body and all that crap.Cheers to anyone who can help me! I really need it.

Non-retracting foreskin and other stuff - help me!

Have you looked at the stretching the foreskin thread? Gentle stretching over a long period of time is the way to go, and you should try that first before thinking of anything more drastic.

Stretching and more stretching. I'm still in the stretching process as well. And for the semen bursting out thing, if you have the skin retracted (or at least enough so the hole at the end of the penis is sticking out)it will shoot out. If you have it covered then it only dribbles out.

I know exactly where your coming from. Like the fellow posters said, keep strectching lil by little. I first found out about retracting foreskin when i was 17. I am now 21, and my foreskin can easily retract fully when flacid, and almost fully when erect. @ 17, i could barely pull it back just to see the tip of my head. I pulled back the foreskin a lil bit more each time I showered. When you first reveal even a little bit of head into the open air, its the strangest feeling in the world. But no worries, you get used to it! I also have been there done with with sexual encounters. I've had one, where a female gave me a blow job. She did a loussy job at it because evertime she would try to pull back my foreskin, i'd moan a lil in discomfort. That was a year ago. But now that im stretched, I believe i'm ready for her. And if you ever want a confidence boost about being uncircumsized. Check out porn. I have my selection of videos with uncircumsized men having great sex with females. During the handjobs, blowjobs, and close ups of the penis entering the female you can clearly see the foreskin retracting back and forth. With stretching, we'll be fucking as comfortably as the porn guys do.

Hello r123. Your situation is not uncommon. The overhang gets pushed to one side over the years, usually from being compressed by tight jockey shorts. Most guys just correct for aim when peeing and don't worry about the off-center opening. However, it seems you also cannot retract your foreskin at all. That is another matter. There are lots of posts in this forum on stretching the opening over a lengthy period (do it bit by bit every day) and information on the net (google "phimosis") on the same subject. Also see "Ineligible"'s post on where to find info. The stretching might correct the off-center opening. And don't worry if eventually your foreskin only retracts when your penis soft. I have a very long foreskin with considerable overhang which does not retract on erection. I retract it at least once a day when my penis is soft in order to wash the area throughly. I do not retract it for peeing and, obviously, for intercourse or masturbation. In addition to the normal feelings anyone has in his penis, I particularly enjoy the warm tickle around my glans when I pee and feeling my cum spurt into my foreskin during intercourse. Some guys don't understand that but my attitude is that each guy is different and there is no "right" way to treat your foreskin (except for washing under it regularly) so I don't criticize others. My only "complaint" is that the area under my foreskin, especially my glans, is too sensitive causing me to become aroused too easily. But I'll live with it. My impression is that guys' worries are often in their heads meaning they think the foreskin is supposed retract when erect otherwise you are not "normal." If, on the other hand, a guy wants his foreskin to retract when erect then he can work on stretching the opening. To each is own. Both ways are "right" in my opinion. In addition there are guys with phimosis who go through life without ever retracting it (though I don't recommend this). They seem to get by, have kids etc. My theory is that the area under the foreskin gets a good rinsing when they pee so that smegma does not build up. My humble opinion is: be guided by the feelings in your penis, comfort considerations and the need for hygiene and not what others think is "right." Hope this info is useful.

My theory is that the area under the foreskin gets a good rinsing when they pee so that smegma does not build up.That's just not true. The urine does not swirl around rinsing things off as you pee.
