I have a strange bump like thing on the underside of my penis just below the glans. It is small and not always visible but usually it can be felt. Occasionally I can squeeze it and get a small amount of white substance out. It isn't pus, it is much drier. I have had this for a long time, before any sexual contact. I am sure it isn't related to an STD but if I partner notices it, I would like to be able to tell them what it is and that it is nothing to fear. I have found some websites that give some information about abnormalities but I have never seen anything like this. thanks for any assistance
It's a clogged pore. The substance you are squeezing out is sebum.

No sexual contact means no sexually-transmitted disease.
