Do you think its a good idea to clean out under the foreskin with non- alcoholic hand sanitizer?
Cleaning with hand sanitizer?
I don't think there would be any issues with a non-alcohol unless there s a fragrance, which can cause irritation.
Reguardless on a daily bases the forskin needs to be cleaned properly to prevent infection.

I don't think hand sanitizer is generally good to use on mucus membranes, like the ones found inside your foreskin. Also, it's probably a very bad idea to use anything anti-bacterial down there. Messing up the natural bacteria balance can lead to problems.
Mild soap may be OK, but some people recommend against that; claming that a good flushing with water every day should do the trick.

Hey. I have a condition with my head that some our fellow posters are helping me out on in my thread.
This is one of the things i tried to use to clean my head, and i must say it stung like crazzy. I unforunately dont have the item name or ingredients to the sanitizer i used. All i know is it was a sharp sting for 3 minutes.
i dunno dude, every once in a while when i get the crotch funk (hey it happens to everyone) and like, im having a hard time keeping it smelling nice, I'll take some antibacterial soap or something alcohol based and really kill everything but epidermis. someone said that was a bad idea...but for me it always results in a springtime fresh cock. so...i was like, 'WHATEVA, I DO WHAT I WANT'
