This is kind of embarrasssing: um, is there any way you can decrease the size of your stool? I am asking because mine are very large. Sometimes it is downright painful to have a BM, and every single time I have to resort to extreme measures to get the damn thing down the toilet. Are there certain foods I can eat or anything to alleviate the problem? Thanks!

You could also try a stool softener - over the counter in any pharmacy.

Make sure you're drinking enough water, at least 6 cups a day if you're not active, and more if you're sweating. Spread out your drinking throughout the day.If you take a fiber supplement, but don't drink enough water, you'll make the probelem even worse. If drinking more water alone doesn't help, fiber would be worth a try. Eating high-fiber food (bran cereal, whole wheat breat, etc.) is always a good idea.

Stool is another term for feces.. ummm well poop to be blunt I suppose LoL.
