the reason i asked is...
A:in case someone else would like to know the options out there.
B:just to know if there's another diet that might be easier or just more interesting to try.
i generally cut calories (to apprx. 1200/day[give or take a few hundred]) and run at least one mile a day monday through friday then on the weekends i party as usual which includes a fare share of beer and the occasional doobie. that keeps me at about 185-190 and farely cut.(just so you know i'm 6'1")
