Bullies Arrested!! HURRAY!! :o)

good thinking Though sadly it presents further problems. Like what school the bully goes to next and what do you do when they just start bullying kids in thsi new school.

Expulsion again. Hopefully his record will follow him to his new school.Violent sociopaths have no "right" to be in school with other students. There are better places to put them than an ordinary school.

There should be better places, but they don't often exist and people won't pay for them. I knew someone who was on the edge of being a violent psychopath (no doubt a result of ongoing and repeated childhood abuse he had suffered), and he was put in a separate class of other similarly damaged people. It wasn't a good idea. No good teacher would take the class, and the class was extremely violent within itself. Violent people are no less fragile than other people, and sometimes more so.What is usually needed for people like that is a firm but supportive arrangement with at least one staff member per student, and that comes very expensive.
