Thanks Got my silicone tube birth control thing in my arm now, so nooo babies :P
-
A silicone what na what now?
-
i dont know the english word, its a tube of silicone with homrones in that you put into your arm through a needle.
-
Cool, never heard of that before.
-
Its really great. You get local analgetics and then they push it in with a huuuuge frkn needle :P Its about 4-6 cm long and thin (since it has to go in with a needle). It stays in there and lasts for 3 years, and its sooo safe
-
Sounds very painful. Never heard of that either, very interesting.
-
Wow. I have to get myself one of those!
-
Iv heard of it, seen it actually, I used to hump a girl that had it.It was a couple years ago so its not real new. I cant remember what she called it, but it was like a wire under her skin in her upper arm.
-
See? Its really really great, most ppl get a lot less pains and shorter periods, and a lot dont have any at all for three years. It contains Etonogestrel and not the hormones that are in ordinary birth control pills and such.
-
It wasnt painful to out it in at all, if i can get tattoos and piercings i can handle that, but afterwards it was quite much pain, but its a lot better today.
-
hmmm that's very interesting. I dunno i can handle tattoo's I Have one and piercings, I have a few of those too lol. But needles when it comes getting blood drawn or even shots I dislike. I had a REALLY bad experience when I was 17 where the nurse hit a nerve when drawing blood and caused a lot fo issues lol. Gives me the willies just thinking about it hehe
-
hehe ah well... a girl has to do what a girl has to do
-
Now if a guy said that..... SLAP
-
hehehe well... thats just fair
-
That's Implanon, which is available in the Europe, but not the U.S.There was a similar system available in the U.S. called Norplant. It used six rods, implanted in the upper inner arm (in a fan-shaped pattern), and lasted 5 years, I think. It has since been removed from the U.S. market.
-
Oh I've heard of Norplant, just never exactly knew what it all consisted of. Learned something new =-D
-
And I learnt that we shouldn't judge people by the colour of their skin.
-
YAY! We both learned something today =-D
-
Trouble is that when I learn something new I forget something old. Eh... who are you?
