Today in school when we were having soccer practice my friend and I were playing around in the locker room and stuff. And it was fun until she accidentally punched me in the boob and it's been hurting like crazy all day. I don't think anything is wrong with it, at least I hope not. But everytime I touch it, it hurts alot. I don't know what to do, it's driving me crazy. I will certainly not be sleeping on my stomach tonight. Any suggestions? Thanks

Painful

Your friend probably just bruised your boob, try applying ice to reduce any swelling (if there is any) as well as numb any pain you may feel. The pain should lessen over time, but take some Tylenol or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin). It'll probably hurt for a while concidering that's a very tender spot to be "punched" in

Aspirin or Ibuprofen to reduce pain and swelling, if there is swelling?

I don't really think it's swollen. But after a night's rest it still hurts. I went to hug my friends and it still hurts almost worse than before. I don't know what's up with that.

Sounds like a bruise. It should get better on its own.

I got punched in my breasts too, my breasts now feel lumpy and hard.

I got punched in my breasts too, my breasts now feel lumpy and hard.I doubt that one has anthing to do with the other, if any reasonable amount of time passed betwen the punch and the lumpiness.

still hurts, but not as bad as before.

Oh really?! I got punched 2 years ago, I have had the hardness and lumps for TWO YEARS!!!! I can see the connection, can't you?

It doesn't have anything to do with getting punched. A lot of people have lumpy breasts especially when they're still developing.
