When is it the best time of day to exercise? Thanks.

What's the best time of day?

I remember reading somewhere, that varying times for when you're down the gym is more beneficial as it doesn't give the body time to adjust to a "routine".
Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

i would like to know the answer to this question to. last summer i would jog a few times a week in the mornings, but when the afternoon came along i would feel exhausted and i would take a nap. what could this mean? i only jog for like 30-45 mins. how can i be tiring my body so easily? should i be jogging in the afternoon or during the night instead?

no1. why do you say 4 hours before going to bed?
I heard that between 4-6 at night is the best time as the body is winding down, but still active so by working out you will kick start it into working harder again.

Actually, studies show that it doesn't matter when you exercise. I normally exercise at varying times, but only at three points during the day. Either I'll exercise as soon as I get up, midday, or right before I go to sleep. I haven't seen any less of a benefit by doing so, and exercising before sleep actually helps me to sleep better.
