ok, my penis is about 6 in hard so i am not complaining, but there was these exercises on a web site which said u could enlarge it. Its not like weights its like jelq or sumthing like that. So what im asking should i do these exercises cos i would like to be bigger as most of my m8 r like 6 or 7 inches erect n like 4 or 5 when floppy so do these exercises work, they are free mind you...

I would like to see these exercises myself, even though I think they are a joke. They probably want you to attach a 1000 LB boulder to your dick and toss it off the top of your house. Hey, I guess it works if you ant to put your cock through it lol No put really man I think anything that can make your dick grow an extra inch has the potential of also causing damage.

We don't recommend those exercises, because some people have reported problems getting hard after doing them. It may be that those people were overdoing it, but we can't tell and we can't be sure of the safety of the exercises.Also many people have reported that they made no difference to size - it's clear that even with a lot of dedication results are very uncertain.You seem to have grown a bit and you are a fine size as you are. If you put the energy into Kegel exercises to help give you more control and staying power, and reading up on good techniques, you'll satisfy women much more than if you were bigger with no technique.

I've tried these excercises for a period of about 10 months, and it didn't do anything. My flaccid size would increase about an inch, but after 2 or 3 days of rest, it would just be the same size flaccid it had always been. My erect size never changed at all. Nowadays, I'm still the same size I've always been, and was, before I started jelqing. It's a huge waste of time and energy and I'm sure there are plenty of things you could better spend your time on.
