I had oral sex with sex worker of un known status.i had protected.after 15 days i had urine infection.Dr told me u got this infection because of E.Coli.My test for gonnorhea and chlamadiya came negative?I hv following concerns.1. Can This infection happened because of oral sex?E.Coli will be transmitted thru mouth-genital contact.2.Do i hv any chance of getting HIV because of thisHelp me pls.

There shouldn't be much E. coli in food unless it's contaminated. It principally is found in faeces, but it is a common bacterium.You don't say your gender, hello123. Women very often get urinary tract infections from sex, as a result of bacteria getting pushed up the urethra. They can also get E. coli infections from using toilet paper in the wrong direction. Men, however, shouldn't get a urinary tract infection from sex if they are wearing a condom. I haven't heard of a man getting a urinary tract infection from oral sex without a condom, but I suppose it's possible. It may, of course, have been just a coincidence.If you use a condom the chances of getting AIDS from sex is low. AIDS can be passed on by oral sex, but it's very rare. It's most likely if there are open sores in the mouth.
