Hello all. I was wondering if anyone with restoration experience could help me out.I have been stretching for just a few weeks, but have kept the skin stretched over the glans for nearly 24/7. The only exception is when I'm showering.Today, I wasn't stretching for a short while (maybe an hour to two). During that time, I seemed to notice my clothes rubbing on the head more, and noticed a more intense feeling from the cold weather.I know that non surgical foreskin restoration can increase sensitivity, but I have only been doing the process for a few weeks, and wouldn't have expected any type of result in this short of time. Is it possible that a small bit of sensitivity has been coming back, or am I more than likely just noticing these feelings more because I have become used to having the head covered? Thanks.

Non surgical foreskin restoration

Dude, I’m not sure which method you are using, but you were correct to assume it’s because of what you’re doing. The reason why that happened is because you have had the gland covered up for 24/7 for what 4 weeks and the gland has become more sensitive to movement. This will continue to happen too. I stretched mine so it covers about ¾ of my head. I too get hard-ons more often now because the skin rubs across the head of my dick as I walk or just from rubbing on the fabric of my slacks. I usually have to wear boxer briefs now to keep it from moving around so much…..It feels great! But there are still some places that frown if you enter the room or go to a meeting with a raging hard-on showing…..LOLKeep up what you’re doing...It will take a lot longer for it to stretch out and stay there…Good Luck!

Thanks for the quick reply.
I am using the tape ring method for now due to costs and convenience, although I realize this isn't the most efficient method.
My skin is still loose enough that I can pull it over the glans. When I tape up, I pull the skin past the head, push the head back (so that there is some extra tension as it pushes out), and tape a fairly tight ring around the skin (not too tight though. Urine can still come pass through, and there isn't any discomfort. It felt awkward at first, but I have become used to it).
I realize that the stretching process is a very long process, and takes a lot of dedication, but I am sticking with the program.
Do you mind briefly discussing your experience? Also, did you ever experience dekeritinization of the glans?
I have done a lot of research about the process, but unfortunately, more often than not, sites are biased and more about pushing an anti-circumsizion agenda, than just presenting accurate information.

First off... It was a long process and I'm glad it's over. Check out these sites….1) A chat room link: http://foreskinrestorationchat.info/chatroom.htmlAn info board for restoration: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=73I hope this will help explain it...Well, here it is in a nutshell…. A standard practice, circumcision exists as the norm of American culture. Upon birth, males are automatically subjected to becoming circumcised by doctors who perform the simple routine so habitually that the process no longer gets questioned. However, the controversy over circumcision is slowly rising and restoration is becoming more and more of a trend. One reason that men opt for restoration is the fact that uncircumcised men enjoy sex more than those who have been circumcised I have found this to be true, since I have completed my own foreskin restoration.Circumcision destroys the most erogenous part of a man's penis. Circumcised men have yet to discover the sensitivity of a penis head where the gland is, the area where sexually sensitive nerves are concentrated, have yet to experience keratinization, the process that destroys sensitivity in the penile head.Keratinization, also known as cornification I think, occurs because the unprotected, circumcised penis head is constantly exposed to the drying effects of the air and rubs against clothing and undergarments. There is an extremely thin mucus membrane that covers the surface of the glands or head of the penis, which was never intended to be exposed. The glands of the penis should reside in a warm and moist environment, protected from chafing against clothing and drying from exposure…However, because institutionalized circumcision has created a significant problem for circumcised men, the exposed glands begin to develop layers upon layers of protective tissue of a tough and fibrous protein called keratin to respond to the harshness of the foreign environment. The process of keratinization and the resulting layers of tissue serve to protect the glands from abrasions and drying but at the same time deaden the highly sensitive nerves on the glands penis. Thus making it less sensitive…Uncircumcised men have report better, more satisfying sex and usually boast about more intense orgasms when compared to the responses of circumcised men. The mentioned process of keratinization has become a problem that often reflects in a man's sex life and the enjoyment in which he derives from it. It is a solvable problem however. It is possible to restore the foreskin and prompt the process of dekeratinization; this is often called "going wet" because of the fresh mucus membrane that develops as a result of restoration and protecting the glands.Once your foreskin is restored, you can expect to begin undergoing the process of dekeratinization once the glands penis is fully covered and protected from further exposure and abrasions. I found out that the longer the glands of the penis contacts and rubs inside the foreskin, the quicker the process will complete. Success also depends on how long the glands of the penis were exposed and unprotected due to circumcision. I think that the Dekeratinization process should be complete in a few months; I think I was happily restored to my current length in about 11 months. Of course I was pretty aggressive about it too. I used the cloth ring and tape method. I have also learned that I have to really clean under my foreskin sometimes twice a day to keep it fresh and clean. I hate it when it gets stinky. PM me if you want to chat more about this..

Thanks for the reply and links. I hadn't seen those sites yet. I have seen a few very informative sites, but just as many, if not more, sites that are unrealistic, or more focused on their anti-circumsizion agenda. I agree for the most part that males should have the decision whether or not to be circumsized, but that's not my concern.I'm glad I found out about the process while I am still younger, as it seems the process is more likely to be successful with a younger body.

It worked for me and I'm in the over 30 crowd...

Note: it's called the glans (specifically Glans Penis) not "gland(s)"
