I have really, really poor flexibility. Doctors say I have unnaturally tight tendons, my spine also curves inwards farther than most people too, the trainer called it something, which was fairly common, and I have an extra vertebrate, I'm not sure if that affects me in anyway.Basically, I have huge trouble exercising my back (and hamstrings, in some cases) simply because I cannot bend over that far. So I have two questions I guess.Does flexibility matter that much in Deadlifts, or am I doing them completely wrong? And do you have any stretching advice, I stretch before and after every workout, but should I do it more often, like every morning and night too? Is it possible to over stretch? Thanks, and thanks again Helms for the help with my last questions. I'm starting Chris Confessore's 4 day routine this afternoon.
