ok i went to the urologist not too long ago because i had a frenulum breve and he suggested that the only thing that would cure me was a circumcision because i also had a tight foreskin and the scarring from a frenuloplasty would make it tighter. i had read about circumcisions and the problems and loss of sensesation it can cause and opted not to go through with it. i have since been using 0.5% hydrocortisine cream to stretch my foreskin and it seems to be helping so im guessing seeing as my foreskin is no longer tight i may recieve the frenuloplasty which is the op i originally wanted to lengthen my frenulum. the other problem i have which is what i have come to these forums for is that when i pull my foreskin back, on the underside of the head where the frenulum connects to the glans there are lots or tiny bright red veins that look very close to the surface and spread from the top of the frenulum asif they connect to it under the skin. the doctor did see them when he examined me but did not say anything so im guessing its not serious but i am very concious about them as i am only 15 and fear that when i get intimate with a girl im going to be rejected. i am wondering wether these will dissapear if i have the frenuloplasty and if they do not wether it is possible to rid of them by some other means..maybe laser treatment?any help much appreciated =)

Hey bud, don't give those little vessels another thought. They supply blood to things there and the skin is really thin - that's why you see them. And buddy listen...you study and handle your penis more than anybody - we all do. No girl is going to pay that much attention to it so that she notices each little thing, she'll be having too much fun to worry! And bud, from one uncut dude to another - don't get that foreskin cut unless you absolutely have to, alot of doctors think that is the only solution to things and as you've seen - it stretches some to allow things to move easier! Keep workin with it bud, let us konw if you need anything else.
