i am a 14 year old male and my right testicle started aching alittle bit. Also, not only does it ache but the right testicle always seems to stick out whenever the scrotum is tight and also i found out that the epidydimis or something behind my balls is bigger than the left one... can anyone give me advice? oh, also, the ache goes away and comes back time to time.

About 20% of guys get a condition called a varicocele in varying degrees. Usually it's on teh left testicle but it can also be on teh right. It's basically defective valves in the veins going to the testicle which causes then to swell becasue the blood is not getting out as it should. This condition is also accompanied by aches in the area. You should have a doctor chech it out to make a proper diagnosis and eliminate any possible infections. Also it's not a big deal. If it's really bad then they do an operation to remove the defective veins, otherwise most guys just live with it.

oh, thanks for the info. One more thing, if you get your blood tested for any cancerous cells in ur body, does it also check if theres ne in your testicles? Just curious

if you get your blood tested for any cancerous cells in ur bodyThere's no such test, except maybe for some types of blood cancer (?). There are a few blood tests that can point to the possibility of the presence of certain types of tumor activity, as in prostate canccer (PSA) and colon/rectal cancer (CEA). I don't think there's any such thing for testicular cancer. In most cases, if something looks suspicious, the doctor will take a little sample (a biopsy), which will be looked at under a microscope. The chance that some random bump is testicular cancer is very low. But if it's something that wasn't there before, or if it seems to ge growing, it should be looked at by a doctor.
