I was doing sort of an TSE (Testicular self exam or w/e) and Ive always noticed that my right testicle is smooth like a walnut and my left testicle has lumps and sort of firm spots and feels like noodles inside...like bunch of chord-like tubing and firm spots and stuff..is that normal? is it supposed to be kinda firm? (about as firm as a grape i guess) .. is it supposed to be all over my left testicle and not my right one?
Is this normal for my scrotum sac?

Could you have found the epydydimas, the tube that connects the balls to the penis? If so, you should be able to feel it on the other testice aswell.
Talk to your dad, or a brother, cousin or close friend about it. If you're worried, or the difference between your two testicles is large, get yourself down to your GP and have it checked out. It'll at least put your mind at ease.
Whatever you do in life, make sure you cry, laugh and feel love.
Sounds like you may have some abnormal veins down there, or a varicocele. Go to the doctor. He's seen all kinda penises and balls before. It could be that , or testicular cancer, or nothing. Don't just count on it being nothing. Go to the Dr.
