i have four weeks to gain as much muscle as possible! theres a dance in a month and i would like to gain as much weight as possible. please help me with a regiment and also supplements or protein shakes to drink! please i need help thank you!

java is right its too look good for the dance. im on the skinny side so i would like to gain as much muscle weight as possible... can someone give me a regiment and supplements that i can do so i can gain weight in general? sorry if this is a stupid comment...

thanks... its just that i have this goal to gain weight and this is just the motivation i need to start... i dont have a gym membership or anything but i do have a bench press and barbells... i'll eat everything healthy in sight and i'll drink whole milk till it comes out of my nose... thanks for the posts! i always thought that 2% was better tho because it has more protein... also another question is the supplement called "way protein" good?

I don't totally agree with this statement; > Having confidence will not come from having muscles.One of the best thing I've gained since going to the gym is just being healthier in general. I just feel happier, have more confidence, I don't get cranky as often etc. You're right in that muscles won't directly make you confident, but the indirect gain from eating right and working out is a definate boon.Plus, I don't know about the rest of you, but after a hard workout I gain huge confidence. Probably something to do with the endorphines (I think they're the ones), or adrenaline running through me, but it's still a nice relaxing feeling.
