I have a question...I was at workyesterday and I was working (naturally), but while I was in the back I started to feel very light headed and felt like fainting. I had consumed plenty of water and had eaten plenty of food. I am wondering if it was an anxiety attack. Some other information, I have been thinkin about this girl at work, and I talked to her. I am just worried about my health.

I'm afraid I havnt a clue what could cause that but if it happens again I suggest the doctar.

could be anxiety or low blood pressure or lack of sleep or just standing up too fast or the onset of one of a number of conditions. Might want to keep an eye on yourself and maybe even get a thorough check-upChuck

I get that sometimes, usually with me its low blood sugar. I just eat a banana or have some orange juice.

That happens to me a lot, too. For me, it's anxiety attack problems. Like everyone's already said, see a doctor about it. I've had this problem for as long as I can remember, and I've never actually passed out, but I have gotten close. You might actually pass out if it happens to you again, so try the old "see a doctor" advice as quickly as you can.

Well, Ive had a sever anxiety attack - and its alot more than what you ahve described. However, what it does sound like is the normal anxiety that surround asking someone out- and im sure alot of people can vouch for it. YOu would know if it was an attack- just becuase your whole demor changes.--It could also be low blood sugar which is also highly likly. Or it could be anemia which has become more popular in my area. Watch you diet and see if it helps--
