i was wondering, what all will show up on a drug test, like for a job?
If you did drugs, they'll show up.How recent you did them is what you need to think about, though.
It depends what they look for. Nearly all drugs will give traces in the urine if taken recently, and some like cannabis will give traces even if taken weeks ago. Usually for a job drug test they don't do a very extensive investigation, as this would be expensive, but they do look for the common illegal drugs.
For a job, probably the 5-panel NIDA test which detects 50ng threshold of THC (marijuana), Cocaine, Opiates (heroin, oxycontin, vicodin, etc.), Methamphetamine, and regular Amphetamines. Some test for MDMA (ecstacy), or PCP (angel dust). If it's a job test, especially if it's only some shithole like BlockBuster of Best Buy, they just give you a cup and some privacy so you can cheat easily. Some high-up corporate jobs or jobs with security clearance will make you go to an actual test center where they do the Gas Chromagraphy which measure as little as 15ng and they can detect adulterants very easy. The only way to beat that is by strapping a friends clean piss to your inner thigh and using some kind of contraption to simulate pissing, they also make these strap-on fake penis things that include a heating unit and a urination button that could fool anyone but they're like several hundred bucks and ordering one to your house with a credit card is a red flag.In most cases you can drink a few gallons of water no more than 3-4 hrs before hand, drink some ice tea, coffee, or something dark and take a few handfuls of vitamin B-12 complex which makes your piss neon yellow and is easily detected but sometimes works for the test strips.Really they can test for any drug if they want but it's too expensive and not nessescary to test for drugs like LSD in every subject so those tests are only done if they specifically suspect one person of using it, like in the army or something.
