what is the best lube to buy? is it KY?
-
Best lube in town
-
Trojan Liquid Satin is good...stay away from Durex Play (the tingly one).
-
KY Warming Gel is awesome!
-
Jen i agree... that durex play hurt me havent tried the liquid satin, is it water based or silicone based.....???
-
I have read and talked to people and they say that water base lube is the best to use unless you are using it in the water, then use silicone.
Water base can't hurt your silicone toys, silicone lube can.
I have the "Wet" Warming Lube. But that is really the only one I have used. I like the warming effect.
-
well we finished the bottle but the trojan one was water based, it said so
-
so the ones so far are KY Warming Jelly and Trojan Liquid Satin? any others? and how expensive is lube? because usually i go without lube and i wanted to buy a bottle and see if its really more pleasurable... hahah thanks
-
well, they vary in price by brand and the size of the bottle. The trojan one we got was $10.95 canadian (i believe) most are around that here, but that's just for a 50ml bottle. It lasted us a long time, like 8-9 months I believe cause it was really good. Needed just a little bit to get the job done, and we didn't use it everytime
lube is pricey but lasts a long time! -
Well I have a new Favorite Lube, it's called EROS (It's very slick and stays slick for a LONG time), though WET is my 2nd favorite.
-
I;ve got some silicone WET lube and I dont like it that much... I much prefer my water based ID lube. YAY FOR LUBE!!!!
-
Partly because we needed more lube and partly to compare, we got the KY Warming Liquid lube, and it's basically the same as the Trojan Liquid Satin that i mentioned above...the only diff is that the trojan cost $9 can. for 60 ml and the KY cost $15 can. for 142 ml. So the KY is cheaper! Woot.

hmmm what about like lubriderm lotion? any good? or like cetaphil? those are the only type of lotion crap i have at my house and i dont have any cash
-
i dont think lotion is a good idea. haha one time when i was about 11 years old, i put lotion on my private..it stung like hell. so yea. learn from me. lotion is not a good substitute..neither is shampoo. dont u have to be a certain age to buy lubes?
-
I never had a problem with lotion or shampoo stinging, and I find lotion makes a good lube for me. I think it depends on the type of urethral opening you have (pee hole) at the tip of your penis. Some kind of have 'lips' that keep stuff from going inside the urethra (like mine), while other guys have urethras that are wide open all the time, and stuff can easily get inside, and that's when lotion or soap can get in and cause irritation. Once lotion or soap does enter the urethra, it can definitely sting. So I guess it depends on what kind of urethral opening you have as to whether or not you can use lotion or soap.Besides lotion, my favorite lube of all time is my natural lube: precum.
