I currently am 250 lb and I would like to get to lose some weight and get back in shape. Can someone help me come up with a plan for different types of exercising to lose some weight but won't kill me...?
Well, I'm 15. I used to weigh 200 lbs, now I weigh 159 lbs. I lost this weight from June 21st until now. The way I did it was this:1 -- Only eat when you're hungry.2 -- Make sure that when you eat, it's something that will keep you full. i.e. not 3 cookies when you could have had chicken.3 -- The only exercise I ever did was about 100 sit ups per day.4 -- Drink water, or something that contains somewhere around 5 calories mixed with water. (Crystal Light) I used to drink about a gallon or more of freezing cold water per day to help me lose the weight.Trust me, it may not seem like much, but I tried following other plans that just never worked. I'm not at all an expert, but I know it works, considering I tried to lose weight since I was 11. You can give it a shot if you want.
It's all about what you eat and what you do. Exercise helps a lot and will get you in good shape in addition to losing the weight. Diet is huge too, although that doesn't mean not eating. You need to make sure you're eating healthy. Reduce high-fat processed foods, other junk foodm, and candy. Be sure not to miss out on important food groups, but don't indulge too much. You need to eat at least 3 meals a day (preferably 4-6). Don't stuff yourself, but don't eat very little, otherwise your body will begin to slow the rate at which it uses the energy you take in.What kind of physical activity are you interested in? Anything such as jogging, biking or using excercise machines like treadmill, stair climber, etc... I have access to machines like this, but don't currently have time to use them but will work into schedule.
