I am 5'4" and 130lbs. I would say that I have an hourglass figure (chest and bottom half proportional, small waist). I usually gain weight in my thighs and butt. I am seeing the beginnings of saddlebags and I'm freakin' out!
I don't think I need to lose weight but I would like to start working out to tone up those problem areas up. I don't know where to start!
Can anyone tell me how long what exercises to do and long I should do them? I am clueless so I don't want to hurt myself! Any good advice would be appreciated!
Also, what can I do to speed up my metabolism?
