Ok so i am aperson that find it hard to get motivated to workout. I have no one else that can workout with me thus i do it alone. Well i live in chicago so it gets cold half the year. I need a workout that i can do at home. I have a very akward schedule that changes every week. When i am at my busiest i have school 5 days a week in the morning and work 3 days a week, all 8 hour shift. two days a week its a mid shift. I need a way to workout at home, and i dont have weights. Plus i have asthma, which makes it tougher. Any suggestions?! O and if you need ne more info just ask
