If you have like a daily workout with weights, and you do it for lets say like 3 weeks once a day, and then you stop for a week, is the past 2 weeks of working out completely wasted? Like, are you back to where you were 2 weeks ago? Or how does it exactly work..?

Question about working out...

No, but you will have lost some ground. You should still be able to lift more than you did before you started the 3-week workout. Start again with less than you were doing when you stopped, see how it feels, and work your way back up.
You might actually be better off lifting every other day rather than every day, so your muscles have a chance to heal. You can work on other things, like your lower body, on the "off" days.

Alright...thanks. I've just done a workout starting like 3 weeks or so before Christmas, with like 10 curls, tricep, shoulder muscle lifts, sit-ups, push-ups, all kind of upper body stuff, and I did it with all the protein powders, etc. etc. etc. I did the workout daily up until about Christmas eve, and haven't done it since due to family, friends, etc. And i wasnt sure if physically id have to start back at square 1...so..
