Ok i am 19 years old and i am still have mad testosterone levels. They are making me mad at shit i never would be mad at before. I though i was done with purberty? Am i the only one this old still haveing problems with testosterones? I dont know what to do to control them. I fucken sucks guys. What should i do?

Are you sure it's testosterone levels? Middle-aged guys get grumpy when testosterone levels are falling. Could it be stress?

dude i dont think u know what testosterones do. They are what give you hair down there, the hair on your face, your muscle mass, your height, when you exercise you produce testosterones, balls and seman. That is what my doctor has told me. he says i have a high level of testosterones right know. He told me to find ways to deal with the tests taht i am dealing with. He told me that is what is causeing me to be angry most of the time. He said told me to find ways that help with angry managment.

Iv been on this board for a few months now, ineliglbes advice is pretty right on and Id bet money he knows what testosterone is.
and aside from that, get into something to burn that energy and anger up. Boxing is great for that and there are local gyms across the country to get starte in it. Rock climbing is what keeps me from being so pissy most the time. A contest against yourself mental and physical and a hell of a rush.
My arms hurt so fucking bad at the end of a push and my forearms are pumped so much I cant open my fist, heart beating so fast you think it may explode, its even better when I finish a project. do something that uses that energy. -

He said told me to find ways that help with angry managment.Whether or not testosterone has anything to do with it (and it doesn't matter if it does, since there's nothing you can do about it), anger management is something well worth thinking about. As was suggested, doing a lot of physical activity is helpful. Also, deep breathing, meditation, Yoga, and Tai Chi are worth looking into.
