My weightloss goals are still very much in mind... ( busy with school.. its killing me .. plus testing ) There are so many diets out there.. atkins.. beach body.. see food... starvation.... tons of carbs... no carbs... bacon diet... I mean I have heard ton's of them... which one works? I got 4 or 5 months.. To loose about 50lbs or so... and want to loose the gut.... So I need some new idea's.. My other diet was working fine.. but it hit like a platue.. and wouldn't loose anymore... so I really don't know.... I want to start ASAP...

Also and exercise plan... I was thinking 30-45 minutes of cardio a day... Then weights every day.. ( working differn't parts of body ) or should I bump the cardio up to an hour?

Try the old fashioned way...eating right and drinking lots of water, take your body weight and divide it in half, that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, i'm tired of all this diet craze hype, it's not something you can stick with for the rest of your life, just eat smartly

I'm tired of the diet hype to... Its so confusing.. So the good ol' fashoin way should work? Do you know of any websites that have veggie recepies? Its time to get into shape... I'm tired of it..
