Ive been drinking a starbucks a day, and sometimes a cup of espresso. well lately, i dont know if its my imagination, but i notice a little fat on my stomach. You know that area just around the belly button. Do you think it could be the coffee? or maybe something else? what do u guys recommend to get rid of that.

Next time you goto to get a coffee, walk right past Starbucks, and onto the next closest one. Little extra exercise everytime you go to get a coffee might help you.
